Perfect Place To Be for a Family
We visited San Vito lo Capo and had an unforgettable stay at the Riad. Giuseppe and his crew are doing a great job, creating a familiar atmosphere. The Riad itself does have many lovely details, the patio is just amazing, as well as the roof top floor. The breakfast with local pastry, fresh fruits and egg variations gave us a perfect start to the day. The beach is just a short walk from the Riad and restaurants are nearby. We will come back to this lovely place.

Tranquility by the sea
Refined, welcoming, quiet small hotel one block from the beach that is a sanctuary of peace, wonderful food and kind helpfulness from Francesco. We spent 5 nights enjoying the beautiful San Vito swimming and the tranquility of this hotel that welcomes guests of all ages . Highly recommend!

Warm and inviting
Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Riad in July of 2025. It is conveniently located across from the beach and in the middle of everything you might need in San Vito lo capo.

The hospitality at this hotel sets it apart from other places we have stayed. Francesco really goes out of his way to make the stay for his guests wonderful, the hospitality was warm and inviting.

This Hotel is situated near (1-minute stroll), the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. The crystal-clear turquoise blue sea with gentle, fun waves and soft, white sands invited us to swim at all times and to thank God for His beautiful creation. I had a wonderful time swimming almost every day in this clean, giant, God-given, oversized natural pool! The location is fantastic...

Excellent experience at RIAD Comfort Rooms
My wife and I stayed at RIAD Comfort Rooms for eight nights. When we first got there we had the pleasure of meeting Francesco, who made us feel very welcome. We found him to be helpful and accommodating. RIAD’s architectural design of the premise retained some of the history of the island. The entire premises was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is also a rooftop sitting area where one can enjoy a drink in the quietude of the evening. Everything was in good working order. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard every morning for breakfast. There was an assortment of food available. We could ask for nothing more. Francesco's staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate. The beautiful, clean beach was a one minute walk away...

This beautiful property is new with sea views from the roof garden and a 1 minute walk to a stunning beach with crystal clear waters sheltered by mountains.

The charming town and many restaurants are on your doorstep.

Francesco is a fabulous host. He is very prompt in communication and very welcoming.

He and his team took care of everything from airport transfers to organising local tours.

The property, designed by Francesco, is beautiful in its blend of Arabic and Sicilian architecture...

Highly recommended property a stone's throw from beautiful beaches
Perfect location for the beaches and for boat outings from the port. Owner and staff were exceptional in every respect: explaining facilities in property and in town, app with recommendations for restaurants complete with links to Trip Advisor reviews, help with breakfast, organising boat excursions and car parking. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was large and very clean. Beautiful courtyard where breakfast was served and for relaxation, lovely rooftop terrace with loungers, easy chairs and spectacular views. Beach towels provided daily. Can't recommend highly enough...

The owner was the best host that I’ve ever had… I can’t even put into words how amazing this guy was. He went over and beyond in every way possible, and the breakfast was perfect. A true hidden seaside gem. Francesco warmly welcomed us to his beautiful hotel and treated us to refreshments and guidance around town. The rooms were impeccable and spacious. I came with my two daughters for a week to this charming little 6-room hotel, which had a lot of character and was very clean. Francesco's welcome was warm and he was very helpful to guests. The hotel is well located, 50 meters from a beautiful white sand beach. Bicycles were available for exploring the area, and breakfast was excellent, with fresh produce, fruit, and homemade cake. Francesco gave us some great restaurant recommendations and suggestions for excursions. A big thank you for his kindness, and I highly recommend it. Gabriella

We really enjoyed our stay at RIAD. Francesco is a great host, making us feel very welcome, giving us good advice on nearby parking, sites to see (especially the national park nearby), helping with our luggage and check-in, etc. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location is excellent (less than a block from the beach), and the rooms are extremely well designed, and very comfortable. The roof deck is beautiful as well, and the facilities on the roof to hand wash & dry clothes were also very useful.

This hotel's owner is so accommodating, the visit felt like we were staying with friends. The staff made sure we always had everything we needed. The room looked very nice and clean. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was delicious. The rooftop space was also very nice. They were very quick to respond to our questions before our visit
